Bratislava Industry Days (BID) is the professional platform of the International Film Festival Febiofest Bratislava. It’s aim is to showcase Slovak cinema in front of the international audience and to strengthen cooperation between Slovak and international film professionals.

Works in Progress, the main event of BID, is a public presentation of upcoming Slovak films. Each year, the international decisionmakers as well as Slovak audience can get to know ca. 10 projects in various stages of development/production – a mixture of fiction, documentary, and animated films, both features and shorts.

Public programme also includes discussions and masterclasses.

Bratislava Industry Days is organized by the IFF Febiofest Bratislava and the Slovak Film Institute and is financially supported by the Slovak Audiovisual Fund. BID’s partners are Cineuropa, Pop Up Film Residency, Slovak Audiovisual Producers' Association, Slovak National Gallery, Creative Europe Desk Slovakia, and IDFF Ji.hlava.
