Odľahlé mestečko v Bulharsku. Gana sa stará o starších ľudí s demenciou a predáva ich občianske preukazy na čiernom trhu. Jej matka, s ktorou sa veľmi nerozpráva, je bez práce a jej vzťah s priateľom nie je ideálny, jemne povedané. Sexuálna príťažlivosť sa z ich vzťahu vytratila a intimita sa zredukovala na závislosť od morfia. Zdá sa, ako keby Gana vôbec nemyslela na dôsledky svojho konania, a to ani pri neplánovanej vražde pacienta, ktorý sa vyhráža, že na jej praktiky verejne poukáže. Situácia sa však začne meniť, keď Gana začuje spev nového pacienta Joana. Rastúca empatia voči starému pánovi v nej prebudí svedomie, no keď ho zatknú za podvod, Gana si uvedomí, že za to, aby sme konali správne, musíme niekedy zaplatiť vysokú cenu. – Film získal Zlatého leoparda a tri ďalšie ocenenia na MFF Locarno 2016.

In a remote Bulgarian town, Gana looks after the elderly with dementia and traffics their ID cards on the black market. Her mother, with whom she hardly speaks, is jobless, and her relationship with her boyfriend is not great either, to put it mildly. With their sexual attraction vanished, their intimacy is reduced to their addiction to morphine. Nothing seems to have consequences for Gana; not even the incidental murder of a patient, who threatens to expose her little traffic. But things start to change when she hears Yoan, a new patient, singing. A growing empathy for the old man awakens her conscience, but when he is arrested for fraud, she learns that “doing the right thing” demands a high price. – The film received the Golden Leopard and three other awards at the Locarno IFF 2016.
